Theresa Marcroft Chosen a 2017 Silicon Valley ‘Woman of Influence’

Woman of Influence

April 3, 2017, San Jose, CA  --  MarketSavvy Inc. founder and leader, Theresa Marcroft, has been honored as one of this year’s Silicon Valley Women of Influence.

Each spring, the Silicon Valley Business Journal chooses 100 women in the ares who are making an impact on Silicon Valley’s economy, and who serve others as mentors and leaders in their field. Some of the honorees are business leaders, some are community leaders and some leading philanthropists. Past awardees have included wonderful role models and leaders such as Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook; Congresswoman Anna Eshoo; and philanthropist Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen.

Theresa was chosen for a few reasons:

  • in her role as CEO of MarketSavvy Inc, she serves Silicon Valley CEOs as an "Interim VP Marketing", helping to put their small to medium sized companies on a fast growth path by developing compelling competitive positioning, messaging and marketing strategy.

  • in her role as founder of the 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation Unplanned Good, Theresa leads the effort to spread the word about adoption as an option for young women facing unplanned pregnancy.

  • in her role as a single Mom, Theresa thoroughly enjoys the parenting role, raising her now-17 year old daughter.

She commented, "It is a huge honor to win this prestigious recognition. We are looking forward to the Women of Influence Award Dinner on May 18, 2017 and hope to have you there with us celebrating!"
