Over the last 2 years, this enterprise software Lucierna had proven its unique, innovative Application Performance Management (APM) solutions in Europe, working with customers in Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium and the U.K.
CEO Manuel Lopez hired Theresa to launch the Company into the very key American market. It meant stepping up their game and presenting a more polished brand to the larger, enterprise market in the US.
Theresa was very “hands-on” from start to end of this project. She reviewed the competitive landscape of U.S. market, developed positioning & messaging, collateral, a corporate web site, sales presentation & materials -- and very successfully launched Lucierna into the domestic market. The company was praised by press and industry analysts during and following the launch.
Getting a good reception in the market was important to solidify the Lucierna brand and make it an attractive acquisition.
